Where is the office located?

I am downtown in Frisco, Texas. Here’s the address:

My office building is adjacent to the same parking lot as 5th Street Café, and my office (W3) is through the end door farthest from the street.

If you come a few minutes early, come on in and have a seat in the waiting area. I will greet you and welcome you back to the office at your scheduled time.

Where do I park?
There is free parking in the parking lot or on the street.
Is your office handicap accessible?
Yes, and bathrooms are private/handicap accessible as well.
How long is a typical session?

Each regular session is 50 minutes.

Extended sessions (90 minutes) are available upon request.

How do I make an appointment?
During your free consultation, we can get you scheduled for an appointment. After your first appointment, you can schedule follow-up appointments by phone, text, or email.
What type of clients do you work with?
I work with women 18 years and older dealing with anxiety, sadness, life changes, grief, physical illness, religious abuse, and complex trauma.
Do you work with adolescents or couples?
No, I don’t work with adolescents or couples.
Do you work with people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions?
Absolutely. I hold space for everyone’s experiences and traditions while helping them achieve the goals they desire to reach.
What can I expect in the first session?
During the first session, I look forward to hearing more about the things that concern you. I will ask questions to help me better understand your goals and desires, so I’ll know best how to walk alongside you on this journey.
What is therapy like with you?
My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported on your journey. I take a holistic perspective and strive to help each person live a vibrant, healthy life.
Do you offer video or phone sessions?

I offer online therapy throughout Texas.

For established clients, I offer phone sessions upon request.

What kind of groups do you have in your practice?
I am leading a group for women experiencing chronic illness. If you are interested, give me a call to see if the group is a good fit for you.
Are you a Christian counselor?
I am a Christian and can help clients incorporate the beauty of their faith into sessions if they so desire. However, I see clients from all faiths and backgrounds.
